Shipping

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within seven (7) days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original condition.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of custom and commissioned garments, all custom sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective.

  • If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider.


RETURNS

  • All orders are processed with care. Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-wear or made-to-order.

    • Ready-to-wear items: Typically ship within three (3) business days

    • Custom or commissioned pieces: Production timelines will be confirmed individually prior to acceptance

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • We offer shipping across Canada using reputable carriers selected for reliability and care.

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided by quote

    • Delivery times vary by location and carrier

    • Applicable taxes (including GST/HST/PST) are calculated according to your shipping address

    Jon Van Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We ship worldwide to select destinations.

    International orders:

    • Are shipped via tracked international services where available

    • May be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country

    • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost

    Customs processing times vary and are outside our control. Jon Van Works is not responsible for delays, fees, or refused shipments due to customs regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Jon Van Works is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in initiating an inquiry with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
